Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)
How much do I pay for my children to play? It is $15 for 2 hours. Any child under 6 months is FREE with a paid sibling. Payment is expected for single children 6 months and up if they are playing in the baby area.
Do we have to remove our shoes? The play area is strictly SOCKS ONLY. No shoes and no bare feet! If you forget your socks, don’t worry! We have socks to purchase and keep for adults and children, $3 per pair. Please do not use strollers in the play area.
I have children older than preschool age. Can they play too? Of course! Some equipment is not suitable for larger children due to weight limits. If children are abusing any toys or equipment we will ask them to leave the play area. We expect parents to watch their children and intervene if needed. You are expected to pay for any major damages.
Can we bring our own snacks or food? Yes! We have wholesome snacks available for purchase but we also understand that our offerings will not work for everyone. Please do not bring any food with nuts or traces of nuts. Food and drink must stay in the seating area only.
Can I drop off my children to play? No, at this time parents are required to stay and supervise their children.
How often do you clean? We deep clean each evening. We clean and organize the playroom every hour as allowed during the day. We have “Yuck” buckets placed throughout the facility to put toys that may have gone in to a mouth.
Why do I have to pay for an extra adult? Extra adults are $5, one adult is always free. We do this because of our size. We can only have a certain number of people in our playroom at a time, and an additional adult would subtract a potential paying child. Thus, we require payment for that extra person.
Why is it so small in the facility? We prefer a smaller space for play. It makes it a much more relaxed environment. You are able to see your children playing from any area in the space, and they can see you. It is not as overwhelming for our under 6 year olds. We offer imaginative play, which would be different from a more gross-motor focused type of play like a trampoline park.
